- Maintains, creates, and publishes updates and events on both print and on social media
- Maintains MGYFA website
- Keeps coaches, players and parents up-to-date on news, events, camps and MGYFA fundraising through social media, app notifications and website/Email.

FUNDRAISING
The Fundraising Committee is tasked with developing and implementing creative strategies to raise funds for the Spring/Fall non-contact and Fall tackle seasons

EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT
- Helmet inventory management including ordering/refurbishment and helmet check-in and check-out coordination
- Ensure hard good management of field gear, practice gear and coaches bag inventory
- Coordinate soft-good distribution and ordering
