2025 MGYFA Spring Sessions
Join the MGYFA football performance camp powered by N1 Motion. This program gives athletes the opportunity to experience professional training facilitated by N1 Motion's expert coaching staff.
Their unique approach to maximize athletic performance that transfers directly to the football field helps athletes take their game to the next level so they can be at their best when it matters most. N1 Motion does this by developing football skill development, speed, agility, footwork, core, and explosiveness in a systematic program.
In a 60-minute training session athletes will start with a dynamic warm up to prime the body for the workload to come and prevent injury. Then N1 will combine football position specific drills with speed/agility techniques to enhance performance on the field. N1 Motion will focus on the fundamentals to help set your athlete up for success by ensuring they have an understanding for the game in a fun motivating environment.
